By accessing and using Lipaa's services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Service Description
4.1
Media Kit Generation
Lipaa provides a platform for creating and managing digital media kits, including analytics integration from various social media platforms, custom domain services, and template customization.
4.2
Premium Features
Additional features are available through premium subscriptions. Premium features may be modified, added, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.
User Content
5.1
Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to any content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to images, videos, text, and analytics data.
5.2
Content License
By uploading User Content, you grant Lipaa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
5.3
Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload User Content that:
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains illegal, harmful, or explicit material
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Contains malware or harmful code
Misrepresents your identity or affiliations
Payment Terms
6.1
Subscription Fees
Premium features require payment of subscription fees. All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law.
6.2
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to premium features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6.3
Subscription Changes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Data Usage and Privacy
7.1
Analytics Data
We collect and process social media analytics data as authorized by you to provide the Service. This data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7.2
Custom Domains
For users utilizing custom domain services, you are responsible for maintaining ownership and renewal of your domain names.
Intellectual Property
8.1
Platform Content
The Service, including all templates, designs, and features, is owned by Lipaa and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2
Template Usage
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our templates subject to the following conditions:
You may use the templates only to create media kits through the Lipaa platform
You may customize the templates with your content and branding
You may not extract, copy, or reuse the templates outside of Lipaa
You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the templates
You may not claim ownership of or copyright in the template designs
Your right to use the templates is valid only during your active subscription period
Termination
9.1
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
Uploading prohibited content.
Misuse of social media analytics data.
Non-payment of subscription fees.
Providing false account information.
Unauthorized sharing of account access.
b.)
Legal Requirements:
To comply with law enforcement requests.
To comply with law enforcement requests.
To respond to court orders.
c.)
Platform Security:
Suspected account compromise.
Detection of malicious activity.
Prevention of spam or abuse.
d.)
Business Operations:
Service discontinuation.
Technical necessity.
Extended period of account inactivity.
We will provide notice of termination via email when possible, except in cases where immediate termination is necessary to protect the platform or comply with legal requirements. Users will have 30 days to export their data following account termination, except in cases of Terms violations.
9.2
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10.2
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lipaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
